I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow night, and my workload had been pretty manageable until this morning, when everything suddenly got dumped in my lap. I feel like I'm going to burst a blood vessel, or maybe have a stroke. Also, I think I get a bit dramatic under stress.

Yes, I just had to seriously fight the urge to throw a stapler across the room. And then I thought, "What's wrong with me?"

Dont do anything youll regret. Because just as you would get fired, the Phaeton will explode one little component that they ONLY have in Germany. It was actually assembeled in Poland, but it was made for that specific car, so they are not making it anymore. Oh, and it will take a month to be shipped. And cost $8 Grand.

Very nice! I am jealous. lol I need a trip to somewhere tropical soon, but considering how busy I am at work that probably isn't going to happen.

I used to be of the same mindset, but the last couple of years, I've made sure to use every scrap of my vacation time (I only get 10 days a year) and plan at least a couple of fun trips to places I really enjoy. These are the things that make life worth living.

Thank you for shopping with VW.

No, it isnt accurate. The car is still being made, so that piece in the advanced Polish Factory Facility can still be yours! But for $7,500

Would you be interested in our polish and interior waxing of your wood?
It would be $800 Dollars. Oh, and probably the machine will break and an expensive part has to be imported, so in reality, prepare to pay $5 grand.

Agreed. I also get just 10 and do plan on using them., but this is my first year at a new job and I'm trying to make a good impression. I'd wanted to go to the USGP this year, but am going to wait until next year because I have to work AAPEX and other show in Vegas right around the same time and it would just be cutting things too close. Going to stay dedicated this year, and then next year figure out a way to make it work. I am going to Tour de Fat at the New Belgium brewery at the end of August though! :D

Oh, the things I would do to this fine, fine lady.
And it happens to me every time I go on vacation as well. Nothing happening up until the day before I leave. Then everyone needs everything right away. Of course I almost always end up staying late on my last day before my vacation starts. Then I tell my boss what is going on, what I got done, and wish her luck in keeping it all moving.

I just had the same thing happen in mid-June before my eleven day vacation. It was absolutely horrendous. Almost not even worth taking the trip. I'm tempted now to say that it was all worth it, etc., but I'm not sure that's the case. No one should be that stressed before a vacation. This is the second year in a row that happened to me and I was sick for half of my trip BOTH times. Time for a new job.

Vacation? what's that lol :]
Time to just say fuck it, tackle all the shit work because you can get it accomplished buddy, and try not to think about tomorrow. If you have time, go to the restroom and bust out some knuckle children to calm down a bit, them finish up.
